Return and Exchange Policy
Upon receiving your product, please confirm that the packaging is intact and undamaged, and verify the order list. If you notice any shipping issues, please refuse the delivery or contact us at contact@cmldoll.com.
After receiving the product, please inspect it within 48 hours to check for any quality issues, such as tears in the doll’s skin or joint mobility. If you find any quality issues, please contact us at contact@cmldoll.com.
As adult sex dolls are very personal products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if the product has a confirmed quality issue, we will offer an exchange.
For exchanges due to quality issues, the following conditions must be met: The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received the returned product and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This typically occurs within a certain period.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund appears.

Shipping Costs
If the product has a quality issue, we will cover the shipping costs. For returns or exchanges not related to quality issues, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
